Just to be clear.
The Dude is not a self-help guru. He’s not an expert on anything. He doesn’t have a degree on the wall or a bestseller on the shelf.
He’s just an average frog trying to get by on a daily basis.
What he does have is time on the river. Years of it. And along the way he’s picked up enough experience, enough wisdom from others, and enough hard lessons of his own to know that none of us figures this out alone.
So that’s what this is. Not a lecture. Not a program. Just one frog sharing what he’s learned — hoping that somewhere out there on the river, it lands for you the way it landed for him.
