Energy

“The energy of the mind is the essence of life.”
~ Aristotle ~

We tend to think of energy as physical — get up, get moving, get the blood pumping. And sure, that first breath of morning air does something for you. But the energy that actually carries your day is mental. It’s where your mind’s pointed.

You can wake up and hand your energy over in the first five minutes — scrolling, checking, reacting to whatever’s on the screen. Or you can protect it. Point it at something that’s actually yours: the walk, the coffee, the quiet before the noise starts.

Guard your mind’s energy like it’s the most valuable thing you own. It is.
