Gentleness

“Be gentle with yourself. You are doing the best you can with what you have today.”
~ Unknown ~

Some days go the way you planned. Some days don’t. Today might’ve been one of the ones that didn’t — and that’s not a failure, that’s just a day.

You don’t have to have it figured out by tonight. You don’t have to be productive, positive, or even okay. You just have to be honest with yourself about where you’re at, and treat yourself the way you’d treat somebody you love who was having a hard time.

Thought for the Day
Be as gentle with yourself as you’d be with someone you love.

“Much can be learned from a river.”~Hermann Hesse, Siddhartha~ It doesn’t force anything. It finds the path of least resistance — not out of weakness, but out of wisdom.
