Flow

“Nothing is softer or more flexible than water, yet nothing can resist it.”
~ Lao Tzu ~

Water never fights the riverbank. It doesn’t force its way through rock — it just keeps moving, and over enough time, the rock gives way instead. That’s flow. Not forcing. Not gripping. Just staying in motion, trusting the current to carry you where you’re supposed to go.

Most of us try to muscle our way through the hard days. Flow is the opposite — less grip, more trust. Less pushing the river, more moving with it.

The Dude 🐸

Thought for the Day
