Talent’s overrated. Most people chasing a goal aren’t more gifted than the person next to them — they’ve just decided what actually matters and stopped giving energy to everything else. That’s focus. Not doing more. Doing less, better, on purpose.

Distraction is the default setting now. Everything’s built to pull your eyes somewhere else. Staying locked on one thing has become the rare skill — and the advantage.
