Slow Down, You’re Doing Fine

“Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”
~Ferris Bueller~

Everybody’s in a hurry these days.

Phones buzzing. Feeds scrolling. Calendars stacked wall to wall.

We chase the next thing before we’ve even felt the thing we’re in.

Here’s the truth nobody tells you: the feeling you’re rushing past? That’s the whole point.

Slow down long enough to actually feel it, and it’ll stick around a lot longer than you think.

“Let That Shit Go.”~The Dude~ Sometimes, the only word that can be used to accurately describe all the unnecessary garbage we tend to carry around.
